Modular House

A modular house is one that is built indoors in a factory-like setting. The finished products are covered and transported to their new locations, where they are assembled by a supplier or builder. A modular house is simply a house that is built off-site, as opposed to on-site. These houses are often called factory-built, system-built or prefab (short for prefabricated) houses.

Modular and manufactured houses are not the same. Manufactured houses are not placed on permanent foundations. Manufactured houses, sometimes referred to as (but are not always) mobile houses, can be moved from one location to another.

PreFab structure of Modular Houses, Mobile Houses, Porta Cabins filed with Rockwool to control inside temperature of premises. Roofing also filled with XPL weather proofing sheet to control inside temperature of premises.
